#HolidayGuarantee - You can rebook your booking up to 7 days before arrival free of charge (if available). Your booking value will be used as a credit for your next stay. You can submit the desired change via the form below. If you do not know the arrival date yet, you can leave this blank. You will then receive a voucher from us.
After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation of the change from us by e-mail. If a higher price applies for your chosen date, you will also receive an invoice. We are working hard to sort this out for you, but it may take a while before you receive the confirmation and/or invoice.
